Candidates must have RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and NRP per requirements. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and compassionate care in a high-acuity environment.

• EKG knowledge as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across multiple factors (physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, lifestyle).
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff and departments to coordinate and optimize patient care.
