Job summary

K&G Petroleum/S&S Fuels in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure safety, profitability and excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

This hourly, non-exempt role reports to the Store Manager and involves cash handling, POS operation, suggestive selling, inventory upkeep, and maintaining store cleanliness; prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with English communication required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and customer service preferred.
• Communicate in English (oral and written).
• Operate cash register and basic arithmetic.
• Punctual and reliable; able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service and handle complaints promptly.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive sales while maintaining rapport.
• Process sales on cash register, handle cash and payments with accuracy.
• Operate POS and basic equipment; maintain store cleanliness and inventory.
• Maintain inventory levels and perform shift closeouts; follow policies.
• Attend required trainings and follow safety regulations.
