Job summary

Banner Health is hiring Full-Time Registered Respiratory Therapists for the night shift at University Medical Center Phoenix. Work 36 hours per week across 3 twelve-hour shifts from 6:00 pm to 6:30 am.

Eligible for an 18% night differential and weekend differential of $3/hour where applicable. You will deliver respiratory care, respiratory therapy diagnostics, and critical care support in a high-volume, academic medical setting with Magnet recognition.

Qualifications

• Associate or technical degree in Respiratory Care.
• NBRC RRT certification is required.
• Current state license to practice respiratory care.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care per physician orders and established protocols.
• Operate and manage mechanical ventilators and adjust settings as needed.
• Perform pulmonary and cardiology diagnostic testing.
• Document therapy and patient response accurately in the chart.
• Collaborate with care team to optimize patient plans and outcomes.
