Job summary

Banner Health's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Phoenix is seeking full-time Registered Respiratory Therapists to support NICU patients, including those 23 weeks gestation and above. You will work with the medical team on ventilators, oxygen therapy, and high-frequency ventilation, in a high-volume, level 1 trauma center environment.

Candidates should have an associate degree, NBRC RRT certification, and BLS. NICU and hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate or technical degree required.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required for new hires after Oct 1, 2015.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care as prescribed by physicians.
• Manage mechanical ventilators and adjust settings as needed.
