Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or technical degree required.
• NBRC RRT certification required (for new hires after Oct 1, 2015).
• Current state license as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Provides respiratory care and diagnostic testing to patients.
• Manages mechanical ventilation and collaborates with physicians.
• Acts as a resource to therapists and healthcare staff; participates in rounding and care planning.
• Participates in quality monitoring, training and equipment evaluation.
• May supervise shifts and assist with budget and operations.
