Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or technical degree required.
• NBRC RRT must be obtained.
• Must hold current state license where required; Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card where applicable.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides respiratory care and pulmonary/cardiology testing per physician order.
• Operates and maintains mechanical ventilators with consulting physicians.
• Performs diagnostic testing and documents care in medical records.
• Assesses patients and communicates care plans with the team.
• May supervise department staff and coordinate care across units.
