SSM Health St. Anthony El Reno is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to deliver advanced respiratory care across critical care and emergency settings, with emphasis on ventilator management and airway support.

Requirements include an active Respiratory Therapist license (RRT or CRT), an associate degree or equivalent, and ability to work the night shift in a fast-paced hospital. Night differentials apply.

Qualificações

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT)
• Associate degree or equivalent years of experience
• 2 years critical care experience preferred
• ER experience preferred
• Ventilator management and airway support
• Independent, team-oriented in high-stress settings
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Initiate and manage respiratory therapy according to physician orders
• Perform ABG sampling and assist with specimen collection
• Manage ventilation and airway support including BiPAP/CPAP
• Respond to rapid responses and emergencies with airway support
• Monitor patient condition and document care
• Maintain infection control and regulatory compliance
