AdventHealth is seeking a dedicated respiratory therapist for night shift to provide critical care, airway management, and comprehensive respiratory support. Responsibilities include administering inhaled therapies, monitoring ventilated patients, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications include an Associate's degree with 1+ years of critical care experience, RRT credential, and BLS.

Qualificações

• Proven critical thinking and patient assessment skills.
• Infection control is required.
• Effective oral and written communication in EMR.
• Airway management including intubation.
• Ventilatory support and airway therapies.
• Care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.

Responsabilidades

• Perform airway maintenance and manage invasive and non-invasive ventilation.
• Deliver inhaled medications and related therapies.
• Document procedures and charges accurately.
• Respond to code blue emergencies per AHA guidelines.
• Develop and implement care plans with multidisciplinary team.
• Monitor diagnostic data and adjust patient care as needed.
