Job summary

CADES is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to manage up to five Community Living Arrangement homes under PA ODP 6400 regulations. You will supervise, train, and coach DSPs, ensure safety, compliance, and proper documentation in the electronic record system.

The role requires coordinating staffing, conducting safety drills, and collaborating with county entities and Supports Coordinators. Weekend on-call shifts may apply; CPR/First Aid and crisis intervention training are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years' experience supporting individuals with multiple disabilities.
• Two years supervisory experience in a unionized environment.
• Knowledge of 6400 regulations and PA policies is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach staff, manage performance, and handle disciplinary actions.
• Ensure staffing levels align with ratios; monitor schedules and communicate gaps.
• Conduct staff training, orientation, and skill reviews; ensure documentation accuracy.
• Maintain safety, environmental, and vehicle procedures; conduct drills and checks.
• Review and audit documentation; ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with managers on program monitoring and ISP-related activities.
• Operate agency vehicles and ensure safe transportation of individuals.
