Job summary

Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services (DPACS) is seeking an Overnight Program Supervisor for its ID/IDD autism residential program in West Chester, PA. You’ll lead direct care staff, ensure safety, and maintain regulatory standards during overnight hours.

This role focuses on mentoring a compassionate team and delivering high-quality behavioral health services to youth. The position offers growth opportunities, paid training, and a pathway through the ASCEND Career Accelerator, with benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services discipline and at least two years direct care experience.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
• Experience with ID/IDD and autism spectrum disorders preferred.
• Ability to supervise direct care staff and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of the children in our care.
• Provide supervision to direct care staff and monitor the daily operation of the assigned program.
• Ensure all regulatory guidelines and professional standards are followed.
• Provide crisis prevention and intervention support, guidance, and feedback to direct reports.
• Participate in the orientation of new employees and provide ongoing employee training.
