Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of progressive experience in a group home serving MR/DD.
• Willingness to travel between sites.
• Willingness to obtain medication administration certification.
• Willingness to obtain SCIP-R certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals on the overnight shift.
• Train, schedule, and evaluate staff.
• Observe staff and residents welfare and review documentation.
• Provide instruction, coaching and direct support.
• Maintain a safe, healthy residential environment.
• Coordinate overnight fire drills and communicate concerns.
