Plymouth-Housing-Group seeks a Residential Specialist in Seattle to support residents as part of the Permanent Supportive Housing team. You will help maintain a safe building, staff the lobby, and coordinate resources for residents 24/7 as needed.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and housing first principles, with a starting wage of $30.49 per hour. Union representation under Local 8 of OPEIU is noted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED certificate or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience serving low-income households, families, or adults with disabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate front lobby functions: greet visitors, answer phones, monitor security, and manage emails.
• Collaborate with Housing Case Managers and Community Specialist to support resident goals.
• Assist with tenant services, plan safety, and help residents access resources.
• Mediates conflicts and supports safe, respectful interactions among residents.
• Provide administrative support and maintain accurate shift logs and documentation.
