Plymouth Housing Group in Seattle, WA, seeks a Residential Specialist to support residents in permanent supportive housing. You will handle front lobby operations, assist residents, and help maintain a safe, clean building.

This unionized role works within the Residential Services team. You will collaborate with Housing Case Managers, coordinate with service providers, mediate conflicts, and respond to emergencies with harm-reduction and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in social services preferred.
• Experience providing services to low-income households is desired.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse tenant population.

Responsibilities

• Operate front lobby functions, greet visitors, log in/out, answer calls, and monitor security.
• Coordinate with Housing Case Managers to support resident goals and access services.
• Mediates conflicts and responds to emergencies with harm-reduction and trauma-informed care.
• Assist with building safety, maintenance, notices, and routine administrative tasks.
