Qualifications

• Demonstrated strong customer service skills and professional communication.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with sensitive information.
• Effective time management and initiative in problem solving.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• 1–3 years of general office experience including reception duties.
• Accurate, organized, and detail oriented under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve client issues; maintain a high quality work environment.
• Assist with planning and carrying out groups and activities.
• Receive and respond to crisis calls.
• Complete welcome packets and intake duties.
• Maintain resident compliance with rules and standards; document disciplinary actions.
• Provide support with site and building tasks and transport clients as needed.
• Perform drug/alcohol screens and document results as directed.
