Job summary

YWCA USA is seeking a Part-Time Client Care Technician to support residential clients in recovery programs. The role requires supervising residents, coordinating daily activities, handling crisis calls, and ensuring safety and compliance with program policies.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma, CPR/First Aid certification, 1–3 years in a general office/healthcare support environment, and strong communication and organizational skills. Some driving may be required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve client issues; maintain a positive work environment.

• Maintain resident compliance with rules; document disciplinary actions when needed.
• Provide support and coordination across program operations.
