Job summary

This full-time, hourly role works Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, providing supervision of all residents, ensuring safety, and promoting adherence to the program's rules and policies. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Continuing education in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve client issues with high quality service.
• Assist with planning and leading groups and activities.
• Receive and respond to crisis calls.
• Complete welcome packets and intake duties.
• Maintain resident compliance with rules and policies.
• Provide support for food program and inventory when needed.
• Transport clients in company vehicles as needed.
• Document and track client progress and incidents.
