Prismhr Hire is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Care/Support staff for a residential facility in Indiana. You will supervise overnight activities, assist with safety, cleanliness, and overall operations to support men in recovery.

The role emphasizes monitoring, incident reporting, basic cleaning, fire-life-safety adherence, and respectful client interactions during emergencies, with training provided and a focus on accountability.

Formación

• Experience monitoring residential clients and enforcing policies.
• Ability to conduct inspections and audits during night shifts.
• Willingness to follow fire-life-safety procedures and report incidents.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor residential clients to ensure adherence to policies.
• Maintain safety during night shift.
• Conduct bedroom and facility inspections per shift.
• Record incidents and communicate to management.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of the residential center.
• Complete daily night audit in a timely fashion.
• Meet with supervisor after shift to review documentation.
