Job summary

YWCA Northeast Indiana Inc. is seeking a Client Care Technician to provide residential client support and activities to assist in recovery from domestic violence, addiction or similar challenges. You will supervise residents, enforce program rules, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to respond to crisis calls. A high school diploma and CPR/First Aid certification are required, with 1–3 years of office experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Continuing Education classes in related field.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve client issues; create and maintain a high quality work environment.
• Assist with planning and carrying out groups and activities as assigned.
• Receive and respond to crisis calls.
• Complete welcome packets and other intake duties as assigned.
• Maintain and oversee resident compliance with YWCA rules and standards, directing disciplinary action when needed in a fair & equal manner.
