National Church Residences in Columbus, OH is seeking a Resident Assistant for the overnight 7p-7a shift to provide direct care and support to residents, help with ADLs, and ensure comfort and safety.

The role requires good communication, English proficiency, and basic computer skills; two to four years' experience preferred, with a high school diploma or GED. Training on HIPAA and safety will be provided.

Competenze

Must have good communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and World Wide Web.

Mansioni

Assist with direct resident care tasks including activities of daily living.
Respond to call lights promptly and provide restorative care as needed.
Assist nurses with tasks such as measuring vitals and documenting in records.
Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and assist with meals and feeding as required.
Ensure resident rights are respected and confidentiality maintained.
