Job summary

National Church Residences in Upper Arlington, Ohio, seeks a Resident Assistant – Non Certified STNA/CNA Memory Care for the 7p–7a shift on a full-time basis. You will provide direct care to residents, assist with ADLs, and support daily living activities within a memory care setting.

You will assist nurses with vitals and documentation, maintain room cleanliness, and help with admissions while following infection prevention protocols and ensuring compassionate service to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred or currently enrolled in a program to achieve preferred education.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including ADLs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Assist nurses with tasks and gathering vitals, weights, and documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and living areas; assist in new admissions as assigned.
• Record information accurately in the electronic medical record system and report changes promptly.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety policies; provide customer service to residents, families, and staff.
