Job summary

National Church Residences in Columbus, Ohio, seeks a Resident Assistant for memory care to cover the 7p–7a shift, providing direct care and support for daily living activities. The role reports to the Charge Nurse and emphasizes safety and resident dignity.

You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and restorative activities, while documenting care and communicating changes to the nursing team. Requires HS diploma or GED preferred, and CNA/STNA license is encouraged where available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or currently enrolled in a program to achieve preferred education.
• Two to four years preferred.
• Must have good communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care and assists with activities of daily living.
• Responds to call lights in a timely and professional manner.
• Assists nurses with vital signs, documentation, and admissions as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of resident living areas.
