Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Resident Assistant for memory care to cover a 7p-7a shift. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, and respond to call bells with professionalism.

You will support clinical staff by measuring vitals, helping with mobility, and documenting changes in the electronic records. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with strong English communication essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or currently enrolled in a program.
• Two to four years of experience preferred.
• Must have strong spoken and written English and good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and support daily living activities.
• Respond to call lights promptly and document changes in condition.
• Assist nurses with measurements, transfers, and routine tasks as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident living areas.
