Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant for the night shift (7pm–7am) to provide compassionate daily nursing care aligned with care plans and facility procedures. You will work under supervision to support residents’ well-being and safety.

Responsibilities include completing training to become a Nursing Assistant, assisting with meals and daily activities, and documenting intake. We value teamwork and commitment to high-quality senior care.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a 10th grade education; HS Diploma / GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated competencies as a written and verbal communicator.
• Background and experience in shared decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide each assigned resident with compassionate routine daily nursing care and service.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to obtain certification as a Nursing Assistant.
• Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions as necessary.
• Prepare residents for meals and serve food, record intake of food and fluids.
• All other duties as assigned.
