Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and support to assigned residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies.

Join our caregiver family and help residents with daily activities, meals, and self-care, while participating in ongoing training to enhance skills and deliver high-quality senior care across rehabilitation, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing services.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum 10th grade education; HS Diploma / GED preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated competencies as a written and verbal communicator.
• Background and experience in shared decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide assigned residents with compassionate routine daily nursing care and service.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to obtain certification as a Nursing Assistant.
• Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions as necessary.
• Prepare residents for meals and serve food; record intake of food and fluids.
• All other duties as assigned.
