Job summary

305 West End Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Services Aide for Friday and Saturday night shifts (11pm-7am). This part-time, on-site role supports residents with ADLs and daily activities, ensuring safety and well-being.

You will work closely with nursing staff to follow protocols and deliver respectful, person-centered care. The position requires CNAs, PCAs, or HHAs, English fluency, and prior experience with geriatric populations.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Attendant or Home Health Aide.
• English speaking and reading required.
• Experience with geriatric population and ADLs preferred.
• Patience and professionalism in redirecting residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Escort residents to meals and recreational activities.
• Support residents in achieving their highest level of physical, emotional and psycho-social well-being.
• Help out in the Wellness area to ensure safety, comfort and well-being of residents.
• Follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to instructions of the Nurse Shift Supervisor and the Director of Wellness.

Education
