Job summary
Crestway Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our night shift team. You will provide compassionate resident care, perform basic nursing tasks, and support our care team to ensure safety and comfort during 10PM-6AM shifts.

Qualifications
- Licensed CNA with active certification.
- Minimum 6 months of CNA experience or clinical experience while enrolled in a CNA program.
Responsibilities
- Perform all duties as assigned following facility policies, procedures, and safety rules.
- Make resident rounds at shift start and as scheduled to provide quality nursing care.
- Verify resident identity before care or meals to ensure correct care.
- Report missing ID bands to admission staff immediately.
- Make beds, tidy bedside surfaces, and ensure clean water within resident reach.
- Assist with daily living activities and coordinate with nursing staff.
