Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care in a 7:00 PM–7:00 AM shift. You will support daily living activities, monitor residents, and help maintain a safe, compassionate environment. The role requires a CNA program completion and preference for CPR/BLS and prior experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of an accredited CNA program required.
• One year of experience as a certified nursing assistant preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic health record systems, and HR-related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs including grooming, hygiene, and nutrition.
• Monitor temperatures, vitals, intake/output, and report changes to the care team.
• Transport residents and assist with mobility, turning, and repositioning.
• Assist with dining, housekeeping, resident activities, and communication with families.
• Follow infection prevention protocols and use PPE as required.
• Collaborate with staff and management to ensure safety and well‑being.
