Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate daily nursing care aligned with care plans and facility policies. You will work under supervisor direction to support residents' well-being.

The role includes completing CNA training, assisting with daily activities, and keeping accurate meal and fluid intake records. We value teamwork and a patient-centered approach to care across our communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th grade education; HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with shared decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide assigned residents with compassionate routine daily nursing care and services.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to obtain CNA certification.
• Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath, and other care tasks as needed.
• Prepare residents for meals and serve food; record intake of food and fluids.
• All other duties as assigned.
