Qualifications

• Must be licensed RN in Georgia (GA RN) or eligible for multi-state license
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred or as per scope of practice
• Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice
• Delivers relationship-based, patient-centered care and adapts service delivery to cultural diversity
• Partners with patient and family using bedside shift reports, rounds, and educational moments
• Maintains compliance with current clinical practice standards and Wellstar policies

Education

Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
