Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process using evidence-based practice, with assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care reflecting cultural diversity.
• Coordinate care with patients and families, using bedside shifts, rounds and teaching as appropriate.
• Practice according to current clinical standards and Wellstar policies.
