Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Nurse for night shifts in Georgia. You will deliver individualized, high-quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team, guided by evidence-based standards and Wellstar patient safety goals.

You will participate in care coordination, documentation, and ongoing professional development while supporting the Wellstar Shared Governance Model and core values.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Georgia RN license required with active status.
• Minimum 5 years of direct patient care experience.
• BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process with individualized, evidence-based care.
• Provide patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity and family involvement.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and document accurately and timely.
• Engage in shared governance and performance improvement activities.
• Mentor and precept less experienced staff and students when applicable.
