Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (GA) or compact-state license
• Associates or diploma in nursing; BSN preferred
• Direct patient care experience preferred; <1 year required

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity
• Give bedside shift reports and align goals with patient care plan
• Coordinate safe, high-quality patient care with documentation
• Demonstrate teamwork and fiscally responsible practice
• Participate in performance improvement and shared governance efforts
• Serve as a preceptor/mentor to other nurses and staff
• Contribute to protocol development with care managers and health team
