Job summary

The Wellstar Health System is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse in Georgia to join an interdisciplinary team delivering individualized, high-quality, safe patient care. The role operates within Wellstar governance and professional practice models to guide evidence-based nursing.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Licensure as RN in Georgia and active licensure required.
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred or required depending on unit.
• 1 year or less experience; direct patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment to evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Provides patient-centered care sensitive to age, gender, culture, and disease profiles.
• Collaborates with patient and family through rounds, education, and care planning.
• Practices according to current clinical standards and professional guidelines.
• Coordinates safe, high-quality care and timely documentation across disciplines.
• Supports performance improvement initiatives and shared governance.
