Wellstar Health System is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse to join an interdisciplinary team delivering individualized, high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, safety, and compassionate service under the Professional Practice Model and shared governance.

The incumbent participates in care coordination, patient education and performance improvement initiatives, while maintaining compliance with nursing standards and policies across the care continuum.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Performs nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation using evidence-based practice.
• Provides patient-centered care aligned with diverse population characteristics and cultural understanding.
• Collaborates with the care team through interdisciplinary rounds, documentation and patient teaching.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and participates in performance improvement.
