Endeavor Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a night shift at Evanston Hospital in Evanston, IL. The role requires a IL nursing license and provides a sign-on bonus, with 36 hours per week including 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM shifts and weekend rotation.

You will deliver safe, compassionate nursing care, collaborate with the clinical team, and manage patient plans of care across populations while meeting HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Current IL nursing license required.
• BSN preferred; NLN-accredited program preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required through American Heart Association.
• Minimum 2 years labor and delivery or acute care nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate a plan of care to meet patient outcomes.
• Assess patients and collect health data with family involvement.
• Communicate care plans to patient, family, and interdisciplinary team.
• Provide patient and family teaching tailored to learning needs.
• Collaborate with peers and supervise delegated tasks as needed.
• Offer psychological support and maintain compassionate care.
• Assist with injections, IV management, and treatment administration.
• Engage in performance improvement and evidence-based practice.
