Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred and encouraged within five years of employment or through certification.
• Current Indiana license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• License must be maintained in good standing to provide patient care within Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services in the Progressive Care Unit.
• Assess patient needs and implement individualized plans of care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff to deliver high‑quality care.
• Document assessments, plans, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and ensure patient safety and quality care.
