Job summary

Beacon Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Nursing Float department at Elkhart General Hospital in Elkhart, IN. This is a full-time, night-shift role with 7p-7:30a, 0.9 FTE (36 hrs/wk).

You’ll join a dedicated team delivering high-quality care in a supportive hospital environment. You will report to department leadership, perform essential nursing duties, collaborate with staff, and participate in ongoing education and professional development.

Qualifications

• ASN required with Indiana RN license.
• BSN within five years or obtain certification in specialty area.
• Experience in nursing care procedures and assessments is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services and assess patients.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
• Prioritize patient care activities based on acuity and resources.
