Job summary

Advocate Health's Radiology department in Manitowoc is seeking a full-time Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures during third shift. You will ensure patient safety, positioning, exposure factors, and accurate documentation.

No prior experience required; Wisconsin license and ARRT RT registration with BLS expected within 6 months; 36 hours weekly, 7pm–7:30am, eligibility for comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Radiographer license in Wisconsin and ARRT RT registration, BLS required within 6 months.
• Advanced training in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• No prior experience required; strong patient service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet age-specific care needs and work in third-shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and intermediate radiographic procedures with attention to patient safety.
• Explain procedures, obtain histories, and address patient questions.
• Position patients, select exposure factors, and provide radiation protection.
• Identify patients, label images, and ensure exam accuracy per orders.
• Collaborate with radiologists and document procedures and billing codes.
• Operate radiology information systems and maintain records per regulations.
