Job summary

Atlanta Cheesecake Company in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure our products meet food safety, quality, and compliance standards. This role supports production operations and maintains inspection readiness across the facility.

You will conduct inspections, verify sanitation, monitor temperatures and records, perform allergen swabbing and audits, and help ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling, contributing to a safe, high-quality product.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Quality Control, food manufacturing / food service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality and food safety inspections throughout the facility.
• Verify sanitation effectiveness.
• Monitor temperatures, production records, and food safety documentation.
• Perform allergen and environmental swabbing as required.
• Conduct sanitation, and food safety audits.
• Perform pre-operational inspections and production quality checks.
• Ensure products are properly labeled, stored, and handled.
