Job summary

Quali Tech, LLC is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Technician for the 3rd shift at our Chaska, MN facility. You will monitor product and raw material analytics, assist in QA program development, and ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED with 3 years in QA in an FDA-regulated setting, or a science degree. Shift is 9 PM to 5:30 AM Sunday–Thursday with a $3/hr differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3 years in quality control/assurance in FDA-regulated industry or bachelor's in a science field preferred.
• Manufacturing/processing environment experience desired.
• Proven analytical strengths and experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and report analytical results of products and raw materials, alerting out of compliance results.
• Assist in administering the QA program and reviewing production/receiving records.
• Conduct sensory evaluation, visual inspection, and analyses (organoleptic, moisture, water activity) of samples.
