Job summary

Home Chef in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Sanitation Associate for the night shift (8 PM to 6 AM) with Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays off. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe food processing environment, wearing PPE, and following all health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include cleaning refrigerated coolers, sanitizing surfaces and equipment, stocking gloves, and ensuring compliance with GMP and SQF standards.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience working in the food industry.
• General high school degree, or equivalent (e.g. GED). High school diploma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the processing facility.
• Wear PPE and keep janitorial equipment clean and safe.
• Perform daily sanitation tasks in refrigerated areas and production zones.
• Follow GMPs and SQF programs throughout the facility.
• Complete housekeeping per SOPs and assist with waste removal.
