Entegris in Hillsboro, Oregon is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Back Half Night Shift to lead a high-performing team focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role partners with engineering and cross-functional teams to plan and execute production targets, while promoting Lean/Six Sigma practices and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in manufacturing and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles.
• Ability to work modified hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Champion Safety: Promote and model safe work practices; train with EHS.
• Lead and develop your team; train, document performance, and conduct reviews.
• Drive operational excellence; communicate goals and daily priorities with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure quality outputs; oversee quality, investigate defects, and reduce scrap.
• Promote Lean & Six Sigma; apply SPC, Kanban, and 6S to improve processes.
• Monitor production performance; track hourly results and identify cost/efficiency opportunities.
• Be the first point of contact for shift concerns including safety incidents and quality issues.
