Job summary

Essity in Dover, DE is seeking a production operator to run a fast-paced production line and palletizer, following SOPs to ensure high-quality output. You will work as part of the shift team, monitor machine performance, load materials, and coordinate with leaders while maintaining safety and documentation.

The role requires a willingness to learn, basic math and computer literacy, and the ability to lift and stand for extended periods. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of production/manufacturing experience or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Basic mathematical and computer literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor a fast-paced production line to keep production flowing smoothly.
• Follow SOPs and Essity Continuous Improvement Systems to adjust machine settings as needed.
• Collaborate with Team Leader and operators for guidance and support.
• Prepare and load raw materials or finished products for palletizing according to SOPs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area and document production data accurately.
