Essity AB is seeking a Production Technician I for a 12-hour shift (7 AM–7 PM) in Dover, DE. The role focuses on operating a production line, following fixed specifications and SOPs while maintaining safety. Team collaboration, documentation, and quality checks are essential to ensure efficient production flow.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–3 years in manufacturing or a willingness to learn, plus basic math and computer skills. Overtime and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor a production line to meet fixed specifications and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Team Leader and skilled operators for guidance.
• Load raw materials or finished goods for palletizing according to procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and document production data logs.
• Check product quality and reject items that do not meet specs.
• Support colleagues and ensure smooth production flow.
