Essity is hiring a Production Technician II for the 3rd shift in Dover, DE. You will operate and support a fast-paced production line, monitor machinery, load materials, and help ensure the quality of hygiene products in a safe environment.

You'll follow SOPs, communicate with team members, complete production documents, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. The role starts at $19.53 per hour with full benefits, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 0-1 year of

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Entry-level experience - 0-1 year in a production or manufacturing environment, or willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Basic mathematical and computer literacy skills.
• Ability to lift and frequently stand, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor production line to keep flow; adjust as needed.
• Prepare and load raw materials or finished products for palletizing.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Perform quality checks and reject items not meeting specifications.
• Accurately complete required production documentation and data logs.
• Collaborate with Team Leader and operators for support.
