Job summary

Essity Dover, DE is seeking a Production Technician for a 12-hour shift (7 AM–7 PM) who can operate and monitor packaging lines safely, load materials, and keep production flowing according to SOPs. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with a team.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry-level to 3 years in a production environment or willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail, communication, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Basic math and computer literacy; ability to lift, stand, and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor the production line to keep flow, making adjustments as needed.
• Load raw materials or finished products for palletizing according to SOPs.
• Keep work area clean, organized and safe at all times.
• Support teammates and communicate with shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Complete required production documentation and data logs.
