Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years in a production/manufacturing environment preferred, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic math and computer literacy.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor the production line to keep flow and adjust as needed.
• Work with Team Leader and skilled operators for guidance.
• Load raw materials or finished products for palletizing per SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe workspace and document production data.
• Perform regular quality checks and reject items not meeting specs.
• Help ensure safe operation following Essity safety standards.
