Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Entry-level to 1–3 years in production/manufacturing, or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Basic math and computer literacy skills.
• Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical tasks; flexibility for overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor the production line, making adjustments as needed.
• Maintain safety for self and others and adhere to Essity safety standards.
• Accurately complete production documentation and data logs.
• Load raw materials or finished products for palletizing and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Coordinate with team leader and other operators to ensure smooth production flow.
• Check product quality and reject items not meeting specifications.
