Job summary

Essity is hiring a Production Technician I for a 12-hour shift from 7 PM to 7 AM in Dover, DE. You will operate and monitor a production line, follow fixed specifications and SOPs, and work with the team to keep production flowing.

The role emphasizes safety, problem solving, and accuracy; requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years of production experience or willingness to learn. Training is provided and benefits follow after onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Entry-level production experience (1–3 years) or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Basic mathematical and computer literacy abilities.
• Ability to lift, stand for long periods and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor the production line to keep production moving and adjust as needed.
• Follow Essity safety standards and protect personal and team safety.
• Load raw materials or finished products for palletizing per SOP.
• Document production data and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate with Team Leader and peers for guidance and support.
• Perform other duties as assigned and ensure quality checks meet specifications.
