Job summary

Primo Brands in Norton, MA is seeking a manufacturing associate to operate and maintain production lines during the night shift. You will run fillers, labelers, case packers, and related equipment, perform basic maintenance, and record quality data.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to GMP and safety practices. Weekend and holiday coverage may be required, with a shift differential and opportunities for training on a day shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Exposure to high-speed production and/or basic maintenance is preferred.
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills both face to face and over the radio.

Responsibilities

• Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and complete basic maintenance on production equipment.
• Record preventative maintenance activities and quality data.
• Adhere to safe work practices and GMPs.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics for efficiency and downtime.
• Interact with team members across departments to maximize output.
